Early Years SENCO Liaison Groups
To find out what’s going on in your local area attend your local Early Years (EY) SENCO Liaison Group. Groups are free to attend and open to EY SENCOs in settings and schools with EYFS provision in Buckinghamshire.

PALS
The PALS Social Skills Programme is an Australian research based educational resource developed by clinical psychologists and early childhood teachers for use in preschool settings. The programme teaches children from 3 to 6 years of age about greeting others, listening, sharing, taking turns, dealing with feelings of fear, sadness and anger and solving problems. The Early Years Service offers a range of training options to support settings in delivery of the programme.

Buckinghamshire Community Childminding Network (BCCN)
Buckinghamshire Community Childminding Network (BCCN) aims to provide services to support families and children who have significant additional needs or are considered vulnerable.  Through funding quality, flexible home based childcare our aim is to improve the well being of children, young people and the family.

Disability Access Funding (DAF)
The Disability Access Fund helps funded providers make those reasonable adjustments within their provision to support children with a disability. The Disability Access Fund is a one off payment of £615 per child per year to the provider nominated by the parent, and is to be used to support inclusion of eligible 3 & 4 year olds through reasonable adjustments.

Early Interaction Sessions
Sessions to develop practitioners’  interaction skills within Buckinghamshire Early Years Settings, led by and EY SEND Advisor.
