Qualifications/Experience: Level 3 Early Years/Childcare Qualification 

Responsibilities/Extra Information:

To ensure the smooth running of your Room
• Ensuring your staff are motivated and take part in activities throughout the day
• Ensure your staff are up to date with all paperwork- learning journals, development records, observations, communication sheets
• Train new staff to work accordingly to the policies and procedures of Flower Pots
• To support and mentor colleagues who are studying for NVQ childcare qualifications.
• To delegate tasks accordingly
• To report any problems within your room to your Supervisor/ Manager
• Ensure monthly planning of activities has input from all staff within your room
• To carry out Room meetings on a weekly basis with your team
• Ensuring you and the staff within your room wear all of the personal protective equipment that is provided- aprons, gloves
